Jay Shepherd was recently honored by the Orange County Chapter of the Forum for Corporate Directors for outstanding contributions to corporate governance. On March 3, 2015, he was named “Director of the Year for Early Stage Companies” at the twentieth anniversary of Orange County’s premier business event of the year, the Director of the Year Awards. The Forum for Corporate Director’s Chairman Chris Cox was joined by guest host Peter Ueberroth to honor Jay.
Also honored were Rick Hernandez (Governance), Sue Swenson (Corporate Growth and Development),and Gavin Herbert (Lifetime Achievement Award).
