Investment Criteria
SGP partners with emerging growth companies and established lower middle market companies with operating profits up to $5 million. Our companies typically have a solid track record of performance but want to achieve accelerated growth and enhanced profitability.
We structure our investments to meet the specific requirements of the company, and make both minority growth capital investments and control (majority) investments. We invest our own capital and can call upon additional capital sources as needed.
